Process Manager – Night Shift - Motherwell

The successful candidate will provide leadership and support to the Production Teams, to achieve optimum production performance and ensure all current and future systems and standards are realised and maintained. The role covers all site operational activities and aims to achieve agreed output targets, within set safety and quality standards, to ensure customers receive their orders on time and in full.

Reporting to the Production Manager, this role is critical to the overall Production Team’s success, as well as the department’s continuous improvement and cost reduction agenda.

Along with the Site & Production Manager, you will ensure manufacturing capability develops in line with business plans and drive improvements in Safety, Health, Environment & Risk (SHEAR), Quality & Productivity moving the site towards zero harm.

Maintenance Engineer - Dudley

Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer will be to repair, improve and maintain the production plant and equipment, in order to achieve optimum performance.  You will also be responsible for the completion of daily and weekly level 2 maintenance tasks, adopting an analytical approach to problem solving by using WCM tools to identify the root cause of failures, along with proposing appropriate corrective and sustaining actions.
