Working within this position you will be responsible for achieving all aspects of production, safety and quality within a manufacturing environment.  You will need to be competent in performing cutting and the unloading and loading of goods for despatch in a single work area.

Production Manager - Coventry

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing the production strategy in conjunction with the Site Manager; working closely with the Customer Service Team to provide seamless service to the internal and external customer.

The role will also involve leading and managing the Production Teams in order to achieve safety, quality and productivity standards and ensure timely delivery of good quality products.

Along with the Site Manager, you will also ensure manufacturing capability develops in line with Site Single Agenda Master Plans and will drive improvements in Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), Quality & Productivity, moving the site towards 0 harm.

Maintenance Engineer - Dudley

Your responsibilities as a Maintenance Engineer will be to repair, improve and maintain the production plant and equipment, in order to achieve optimum performance.  You will also be responsible for the completion of daily and weekly level 2 maintenance tasks, adopting an analytical approach to problem solving by using WCM tools to identify the root cause of failures, along with proposing appropriate corrective and sustaining actions.
